1cupall purpose gluten free flour or regular flour

1/2tspbaking soda
1tspcinnamon
Buttercream Icing
1/2cupsalted buttersoftened
2tspvanilla extract
2cupsconfectioners sugarsifted
2tbspmilk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sugar, and egg. Add in the vanilla, banana and yogurt and mix until just combined.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Spread batter evenly in the baking pan.
Bake for 25-28 minutes.
Buttercream Icing
Beat the butter in an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in the vanilla. Slowly add in the confectioners sugar and mix until well combined. Add in 1 tbsp of milk at a time.
