Chocolate Almond Truffles

These Chocolate Almond Truffles are so easy to make! You only need a few ingredients and away you go!

If you’re anything like me and incredibly in love with the combo of peanut butter and chocolate, these truffles will be a delight! They are sweetened with maple syrup and the combination is so tasty. Plus, they’re bite sized and make a great snack!

There is really nothing not to love about these little bite sized treats of perfection. They’re made with almond flour, quick oats, maple syrup, almond butter, and coated in delicious chocolate!

These Chocolate Almond Truffles should be stored in the fridge. They’re actually tastier that way anyways!

Chocolate Almond Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour Packed
  • 1 cup Quick Oats use gluten free if needed
  • 1/2 cup Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a plate with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, quick oats, maple syrup, and almond butter together.
  • using a cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop out tablespoon sized balls of dough. Roll into a ball, and put on a plate. Continue until all the batter is gone. Put the plate in the fridge to cool until it's time to dip the truffles.
  • Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips over medium heat. Remove from the heat as soon as the chocolate chips are melted.
  • Using a fork, roll the truffles in the chocolate until coated on all sides. Place on parchment paper to cool. Continue until all the truffles are done. Sprinkle on the sprinkles and place the truffles in the fridge to set.
